Settings

Configure your Director profile, publishing preferences, payment options, appearance, and organization details all from the Settings tab.

Director Profile

Your profile is shared across all Tournament Sense apps. From Settings, you can update:

• Name — your display name shown on tournaments and leagues
• Email — your account email address
• Profile Photo — displayed on public tournament pages

Publishing Settings

Control how your events appear to bowlers:

• Public Listings — toggle whether your tournaments appear in the public directory where bowlers can discover them
• Bowler App Linking — allow bowlers using the Tournament Sense Bowling app to find and register for your events
• Registration Mode — choose between open registration (auto-approve), approval required, or closed (manual entry only)

Payment Settings

Configure how bowlers pay for your tournaments:

• Cash — accept cash payments at the door (default)
• External Link — provide a URL to an external payment service (e.g., Venmo, CashApp, PayPal)
• Stripe — accept credit card payments directly through Tournament Sense using Stripe Connect

Appearance

Customize the look and feel of the app:

• Theme — choose between light, dark, or system default
• Language — Director supports 9 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese

Organization Management

If you belong to an organization, you can manage it from Settings. See the Organizations guide for full details on creating organizations, inviting staff, and managing roles.

About & Version

At the bottom of Settings you will find:

• App Version — current version of the Director app
• Terms of Service — link to the legal terms
• Privacy Policy — link to the privacy policy
• Contact Support — reach out for help
• Sign Out — log out of your account
