Settings

Settings is where you set up how bowlers pay you, who can help run your events, what the public sees, and how the app looks. Open it from the More tab.

Publishing

• Published Listings — a count of how many of your tournaments bowlers can currently see. It is a summary, not a switch: you publish and unpublish each tournament from its own detail screen (Publish / Republish & share).
• Integration — bowler-app linking and registration settings: whether bowlers can find and register for your events from the Tournament Sense Bowling app.

Getting Paid

The payment section appears both here and at the bottom of every tournament’s Funding tab — it is the same editor in both places, so whatever you set is used everywhere.

• Stripe — tap Connect with Stripe to accept card payments online. Once connected it reads “Connected — accepting card payments”. Money goes to your own Stripe account.
• Square — connect a Square account as an alternative card processor.
• Venmo, Cash App and PayPal.Me handles — for bowlers paying you directly. These are shown on your public registration and buy-in pages so a bowler can pay before they arrive. A PayPal.Me handle also puts a Pay with PayPal button on the register page with the amount already filled in.
• Payment notes — free text shown to bowlers, e.g. “pay at the desk, cash or card”.
• Public contact — how a bowler without an account reaches you. If it is blank the app warns you: “Not set — bowlers without an account cannot reach you.”

Public Profile

Your brand or series name and public details — what bowlers see on your tournament pages and your organization’s public page.

Account

• My Account — subscriptions, billing and your TS Identifier.
• Staff & Roles — manage who can help run your tournaments. See the Staff & Roles guide.

Appearance

• Theme — Light, Dark, or System default (follows your phone or computer).
• Language — Director is translated into 9 languages.

Kiosk Mode

Set an exit PIN so a tablet left on the counter for self check-in cannot be dropped out of kiosk mode by a bowler. See the Kiosk Mode guide.

Tags

Tags group tournaments, events and leagues — useful for running parallel standings within one field. See the guide list for tagging in standings.

Recently Deleted

Deleted something by mistake? Recently deleted lists every tournament, league, side pot and side-pot session you removed in the last 14 days and restores it with one tap. Nothing is ever permanently erased — the 14 days is how long an item is offered for restore, not how long it survives. See the Recently Deleted guide.

Tax Reports

1099-NEC Report — totals what you paid each bowler across the year, for the reporting threshold. See the Funding & Payouts guide.

Developers

API Keys for integrating Tournament Sense with your own tools, and a Dev Mode toggle used for diagnostics. Most directors never need either.
