Getting Started with Director
Tournament Sense Director is your all-in-one tool for running bowling tournaments and leagues. From creating events to scoring, standings, and payouts, everything is designed to save you time and keep bowlers informed.
Creating Your Account
Setting up takes less than a minute. You have three sign-in options.
Open the App
Launch Tournament Sense Director. You will land on the sign-in screen.
Choose a Sign-In Method
Pick one of three options:
- Email & Password — enter your email, choose a password, and provide your name.
- Google Sign-In — tap the Google button to authenticate with your Google account.
- Apple Sign-In — tap Sign in with Apple (iOS/macOS) for quick one-tap setup.
Accept Terms & Create
Review and accept the Terms of Service, then tap Sign Up. You will be signed in automatically.
First Launch
After signing in for the first time, you will see a brief walkthrough highlighting the key capabilities of Director. Swipe through to learn the basics or tap Skip to jump straight to your dashboard.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your home base. At a glance you will see:
- Quick Action Buttons — New Tournament and New League shortcuts.
- Stats Snapshot — total tournaments, leagues, entries, and active events.
- Active Events — tournaments and leagues currently in progress.
Navigation
Director uses a bottom navigation bar with four tabs:
- Home — your dashboard with quick actions, stats, and active events.
- Side Pots — manage side pots across all your tournaments in one place.
- Registrations — review and approve incoming bowler registrations.
- Settings — profile, publishing, payments, appearance, and organization settings.
Tip
You can sign in on multiple devices with the same account. All your tournaments and leagues sync automatically across phones, tablets, and desktops.
