Entries & Check-In
Manage your bowler roster from the Entries tab inside any tournament. Add bowlers, track payment status, and handle check-in on tournament day.
Adding an Entry
Open the Entries Tab
Navigate to your tournament and tap the Entries tab.
Tap Add Entry
Tap the + button to open the entry form.
Fill in Bowler Details
Enter the bowler's name, entering average, and optionally their USBC ID.
Set Payment Status
Mark the entry as Paid or Unpaid. You can update this later.
Save
Tap Save to add the bowler to your entry list.
Searching & Filtering
Use the search bar at the top of the Entries tab to find bowlers by name. You can also filter the list by division using the division dropdown.
Check-In
On tournament day, use the check-in toggle next to each bowler's name to mark them as arrived. The toggle switches the entry status from Registered to Checked In.
Entry Statuses
Each entry moves through a lifecycle:
- Registered — bowler is signed up but has not arrived
- Checked In — bowler has arrived and is ready to bowl
- Bowling — bowler is currently competing (scores are being entered)
- Completed — bowler has finished all games
Bulk Operations
For large fields, use the bulk tools available from the overflow menu:
- CSV Import — upload a spreadsheet of entries with name, average, and USBC ID columns.
- CSV Export — download the full entry list as a CSV file.
- Check-In All — mark all registered bowlers as checked in with one tap.
Tip
Entries added through the bowler app or public registration form appear automatically in your Entries tab with a "Registered" status.
