Registrations
Accept registrations from multiple sources — manual entry, bowler app, public web form, or CSV import. Review and approve entries from a single dashboard.
Registration Statuses
Each registration moves through a workflow:
- Pending — registration submitted, awaiting your review
- Approved — you have accepted the registration and it becomes an entry
- Rejected — you have declined the registration
- Waitlisted — the event is full but the bowler is in line if a spot opens
Reviewing Registrations
Open the Registrations Tab
Tap the Registrations tab in the bottom navigation to see all pending registrations across your tournaments.
Review the Details
Each registration shows the bowler's name, email, average, selected event(s), and squad preference.
Approve or Reject
Tap Approve to accept the registration (it becomes a tournament entry) or Reject to decline it. You can also Waitlist the bowler.
Entry Methods
Bowlers can register for your tournaments in several ways:
Manual Entry
Add entries directly from the tournament's Entries tab. Best for walk-ups and phone registrations.
Bowler App
Bowlers using the Tournament Sense Bowling app can register directly from the app when your tournament is published and discoverable.
Public Web Form
When registration is enabled, Director generates a public registration URL. Share this link on social media, flyers, or your website. Bowlers fill out the form with their name, email, average, event/squad selection, and payment information.
CSV Import
Upload a spreadsheet of pre-registrations. The CSV should include columns for name, email, average, and optionally USBC ID and event selection.
Tip
Enable email notifications in Settings to get alerted when new registrations come in, so you can approve them promptly.
