Settings
The Settings screen lets you manage your shop profile, configure payment options, control notifications, and handle your account. All changes sync across your devices immediately.
Shop Profile
Your shop profile appears on spec sheets, work orders, and the kiosk display. Keep it up to date so customers always have the right information.
- Shop name — the display name for your business.
- Address — your physical location, shown on printed documents and the kiosk.
- Phone & email — contact information for customer inquiries.
- Logo — upload your shop logo. It appears on spec sheets, work order printouts, and the kiosk header.
- Business hours — set your weekly hours so customers know when you are open.
Payment Configuration
Pro Shop supports multiple payment methods so customers can pay however they prefer. Configure the options you accept:
- Venmo — enter your Venmo username. Customers will see a link or QR code on their invoice.
- Cash App — enter your Cash App $cashtag for mobile payments.
- Stripe — connect your Stripe account to accept credit and debit cards directly through the app. Tap Connect Stripe to start the onboarding flow.
Tip
You can enable multiple payment methods at once. The customer will see all available options when viewing their invoice or work order summary.
Notification Preferences
Control which notifications you receive and how you receive them:
- Customer check-in — get notified when a customer checks in via the kiosk.
- Work order updates — receive alerts when work orders change status (useful if you have staff).
- Low stock alerts — get notified when inventory items reach a quantity of 1.
Toggle each notification type on or off. Notifications are delivered as push notifications on mobile and in-app alerts on desktop.
Account Management
The account section lets you manage your personal account and subscription:
- Profile — update your name, email, and password.
- Subscription — view your current license tier, renewal date, and manage your subscription through the Tournament Sense website.
- TS Identifier — view your unique TS ID that links your account across all Tournament Sense apps.
- Sign out — sign out of the current device. Your data remains synced and available when you sign back in.
Tip
If you use multiple Tournament Sense apps (Bowling, Coach, Director), they all share the same account. Changing your name or email in one app updates it everywhere.
