Getting Started with Pro Shop
Tournament Sense Pro Shop is a standalone app for bowling pro shop operators to manage customers, work orders, layouts, and inventory all in one place. This guide walks you through account creation, shop setup, and your first look at the dashboard.
Creating Your Account
Setting up takes less than a minute. You have three sign-in options.
Open the App
Launch Tournament Sense Pro Shop. You will land on the sign-in screen.
Choose a Sign-In Method
Pick one of three options:
- Email & Password — enter your email, choose a password, and provide your name.
- Google Sign-In — tap the Google button to authenticate with your Google account.
- Apple Sign-In — tap Sign in with Apple (iOS/macOS) for quick one-tap setup.
Accept Terms & Create
Review and accept the Terms of Service, then tap Sign Up. You will be signed in automatically.
Setting Up Your Shop Profile
After your first sign-in, you will be prompted to create your shop profile. This information appears on work orders, spec sheets, and the kiosk display.
Shop Name
Enter the name of your pro shop as you want it displayed to customers.
Address & Contact
Add your shop address, phone number, and email. This helps customers reach you and appears on printed documents.
Business Hours
Set your regular business hours. These are shown on the kiosk display so customers know when to pick up orders.
License Requirement
Pro Shop requires a Pro Shop Starter license or above to unlock all features. Without an active license, you can explore the app but cannot create work orders or manage inventory. You can subscribe through the app or the Tournament Sense website.
Tip
If you already have a Tournament Sense account from another app (Bowling, Coach, or Director), you can sign in with the same credentials. Your TS Identifier links your accounts across all apps.
Navigation Overview
Pro Shop adapts its layout to your screen size:
- Mobile — bottom navigation bar with tabs for Dashboard, Customers, Work Orders, Inventory, and Settings.
- Web / Desktop — sidebar navigation on the left (screens wider than 800px) with the same sections plus expanded labels.
Dashboard First Look
Once your shop profile is complete, you land on the dashboard. Here you will see:
- Active Work Orders — a summary of orders in progress and ready for pickup.
- Quick Stats — total customers, open work orders, and inventory count.
- Recent Activity — the latest work orders and customer additions.
Tip
You can sign in on multiple devices with the same account. All your shop data syncs automatically across phones, tablets, and desktops.
