Dashboard
The dashboard is your home base in Pro Shop. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your shop's activity so you can see what needs attention the moment you open the app.
Active Work Orders
The top section of the dashboard shows a summary of your current work orders broken down by status:
- Pending — orders waiting to be started.
- In Progress — orders you are currently working on.
- Ready for Pickup — completed orders waiting for customers.
Tap any status card to jump directly to the Work Orders screen filtered to that status. This makes it easy to focus on what needs your attention right now.
Quick Stats
Below the work order summary, the dashboard displays key metrics for your shop:
- Total customers — the number of customers in your database.
- Open work orders — all orders that are not yet completed.
- Inventory count — total balls currently in stock.
- Completed this week — work orders finished in the current week.
Recent Activity
The bottom of the dashboard shows a timeline of recent events in your shop:
- New work orders created
- Work orders that changed status
- New customers added
- Inventory items sold
Each entry shows a timestamp and a brief description. Tap any entry to jump to the related record.
Tip
The dashboard updates in real-time. If a staff member changes a work order status on another device, you will see it reflected on your dashboard immediately.
