Settings
The Settings screen lets you manage your coaching profile, customize the app appearance, change your language, and handle account operations like password changes and sign out.
Coach Profile
Your coaching profile is what students and organizations see. You can edit all of these fields at any time:
- Name — your display name throughout the app.
- Email — your account email address.
- Business Name — optional business name that appears on reports and invoices.
- Specializations — your coaching focus areas (physical game, mental game, ball motion, spare shooting, youth, etc.).
- Certifications — coaching certifications you hold (USBC Silver, USBC Gold, International, etc.).
- Hourly Rate — your default rate used for session fee calculations.
- Home Center — your primary coaching location.
- Bio — a short biography or coaching philosophy visible on your profile.
Theme
Choose between Light, Dark, or System theme. System theme follows your device's appearance settings automatically.
Language
Tournament Sense Coach is available in 9 languages:
- English
- Spanish
- French
- German
- Italian
- Portuguese
- Japanese
- Korean
- Chinese (Simplified)
Changing the language updates all interface text immediately. Student-entered data (names, notes) remains in its original language.
Account Management
Under the Account section in Settings, you can:
- Change Password — update your account password.
- Delete Account — permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Tip
If you coach internationally or work with bowlers who speak different languages, you can switch your app language without affecting your students' data or their app experience.
Sign Out
Tap Sign Out at the bottom of the Settings screen to sign out of your account. Your data remains synced in the cloud and will be available when you sign back in on any device.
