Organizations
Organizations let multiple coaches work together under one umbrella. Create an organization to share students, teams, and coaching data with your fellow coaches — ideal for pro shops, collegiate programs, or coaching businesses with multiple staff.
Creating an Organization
Go to Organizations
Navigate to Organizations under More (or during onboarding) and tap Create Organization.
Name & Description
Enter a name for the organization (e.g., "Northside Pro Shop Coaching") and an optional description.
Create
Tap Create. You become the organization owner with full admin privileges.
Inviting Coaches
As the organization owner, you can invite other coaches to join.
Generate an Invite Code
From the organization detail screen, tap Invite Coach to generate a unique invite code.
Share the Code
Send the code to the coach you want to invite. They enter it in their Coach app to join.
Joining an Organization
If another coach has invited you, you can join their organization.
Go to Organizations
Navigate to Organizations under More and tap Join Organization.
Enter the Code
Paste or type the invite code you received and tap Join.
Managing Members
The organization owner can manage members from the Members list:
- View all coaches in the organization
- Remove coaches who are no longer part of the team
- See each coach's student count and session activity
Shared Data
When coaches are in the same organization, they can share access to:
- Students — view students assigned to other coaches in the organization.
- Teams — collaborate on team management and baker games.
- Reports — see reports created by other coaches (sent tab).
Tip
Private notes remain private even within an organization. Only shared notes and reports are visible to other organization members.
