Dashboard
The Dashboard is your coaching command center. It gives you a quick overview of your active students, upcoming sessions, and overdue assignments so you always know what needs attention.
Quick Stats
At the top of the Dashboard, you will see summary cards showing key numbers at a glance:
- Active Students — the total number of students currently in your roster (not archived).
- Upcoming Sessions — how many sessions are scheduled in the coming days.
- Overdue Assignments — assignments past their due date that have not been marked complete.
Upcoming Sessions Widget
Below the stats, you will see your next scheduled sessions listed in chronological order. Each entry shows the student name, session type, date, and time. Tap any session to view or edit its details.
Quick Action Chips
The Dashboard provides quick action chips so you can jump straight into common tasks:
- New Session — immediately open the session creation form.
- New Student — add a new student to your roster.
- View Reports — go directly to your reports list.
Tip
Quick action chips save time on your busiest coaching days. You can go from opening the app to creating a session in just one tap.
Notification Bell
The notification bell icon in the top-right corner of the Dashboard alerts you to important updates:
- Students completing assignments
- Upcoming session reminders
- Organization invitations and updates
- Overdue assignment alerts
A badge on the bell indicates the number of unread notifications. Tap it to see the full list and mark items as read.
