Tournaments
Track your entire tournament experience from entry to payout. Tournament Sense lets you record every event, score every game, and log your results all in one place.
Creating a Tournament
Open the Tournaments Tab
Tap the Tournaments tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the + Button
Tap the + button to start creating a new tournament.
Fill in Tournament Details
Enter the tournament name, select the center, pick the date, choose an oil pattern, and toggle whether the tournament is sanctioned.
Save
Tap Save to create the tournament. You can now add events to it.
Adding Events / Rounds
Open the Tournament
Tap the tournament you just created from your tournament list.
Tap Add Event
Tap the Add Event button to create a new event or round.
Fill in Event Details
Enter the event name, select the type (Singles, Doubles, Team, or Baker), set the cost and bracket cost, choose an oil pattern, and specify the game count.
Save the Event
Tap Save. The event appears inside the tournament with empty game slots ready for scoring.
Scoring Games
Open an event and tap any game slot to launch the frame entry screen. For a detailed walkthrough of how to enter scores, see the Entering Scores guide.
Recording Results
After you finish scoring all your games in an event, record your results:
- Toggle Did Cash if you placed in the money.
- Enter your winnings amount.
- Record your scratch placement and/or handicap placement.
Tournament List
Your tournament list shows all your tournaments with key details at a glance. You can:
- Filter to show only sanctioned tournaments.
- Sort by date, name, or other criteria.
- Archive completed tournaments to keep your active list clean.
Tip
Archive completed tournaments to keep your list clean — you can always unarchive later.
