Score Scanning PRO

Use your phone's camera to scan scores directly from overhead monitors. Score Scanning uses OCR technology to read the scoreboard and import your scores automatically, saving you from manual frame-by-frame entry.

How to Scan

1

Open Score Scan

From the event detail page, tap a game slot and choose Scan Score, or use TS Vision from Pro Tools to scan a full session.

2

Choose Your Source

Select Take Photo to use your camera in real time, or Gallery to pick an existing photo of the scoreboard.

3

Capture the Scoreboard

Point your camera at the overhead monitor and take the photo. Try to capture the full scoreboard clearly.

4

Wait for OCR Processing

The app reads the scores from the image using OCR. This usually takes just a few seconds.

Tips for Best Results

TS Vision PRO

TS Vision is a standalone scanning tool that lets you import an entire session's worth of games at once — no need to scan one game at a time from inside the frame tracker.

1

Choose Context

Select whether you're scanning for a League or Tournament, then pick the specific one.

2

Select or Create Session

Pick an existing session to update, or create a new one. New sessions are set up identically to sessions created from the league/tournament detail page.

3

Scan Each Game

For each game slot, take a photo or pick from your gallery, then crop to just the scoreboard. The OCR engine reads the scores and shows a picker so you can select the correct line.

4

Save All

Tap Save All to write all scanned scores to the session at once. Existing games are updated by game number — no duplicates.

Access TS Vision from More > Pro Tools > TS Vision (mobile) or the PRO section in the sidebar (iPad/web).

Note

Score Scanning and TS Vision require a Pro subscription. See the Basic vs. Pro guide for details.
