My Account
The My Account screen is your central hub for managing your profile, security, purchase history, and account settings. Access it from More > My Account.
Profile Information
Your profile is shared across all Tournament Sense apps and the website. Changes you make here appear everywhere.
Edit Your Profile
Tap the edit button next to your profile card to update your display name, username, bowling hand, style, and average.
TS Identifier
Your unique TS Identifier is shown on your profile. Share it with partners so they can find and link with you across apps. You can also look up other users by their TS ID.
Security
Keep your account safe with these security options.
Change Password
Update your password from the Security section. You will need to enter your current password first.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA for an extra layer of security. Once enabled, you will need to enter a verification code from your authenticator app or phone when signing in on a new device.
Biometric Lock
Enable Face ID or Touch ID to protect the app on your device. This prevents others from opening your data even if they have your phone.
Purchase History
View all your past purchases, subscriptions, and transactions in one place. This includes:
- App Store / Google Play subscriptions with renewal dates
- Stripe web subscriptions with billing details
- Store purchases with order status and tracking
- Admin-granted licenses such as beta rewards
Subscription Management
Your current subscription status is shown at the top of My Account. From here you can:
- View your current plan (Basic or Pro) and when it renews
- Manage your subscription through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe Customer Portal
- See which apps are included in your license
Account Actions
- Sign Out — Logs you out of the app on this device
- Delete Account — Permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Warning
Deleting your account removes all cloud-synced data, partner links, and purchase history. Local data on your device is not affected, but it will no longer sync. Make sure you have exported any data you want to keep before deleting your account.
Tip
You can also manage your account from the web at tournamentsense.com/account. Sign in with the same email and password you use in the app.
