A bowling journal for tracking your mental game, adjustments, and coaching notes. Build a searchable history of what works, what doesn't, and what your coach recommends.
Creating an Entry
Navigate to More > Journal > + to open the 3-step wizard.
Step 1: Basics
Title and date
Give your entry a descriptive title and set the date.
Session type
Choose from Practice, League, Tournament, or Open.
Lane conditions and event link
Select the lane conditions, oil pattern, and optionally link to a specific event.
Step 2: Reflection
Mental tags
Select tags that describe your mental state: Confident, Anxious, Focused, Frustrated, Relaxed, and more.
Physical tags
Note any physical factors: Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Back, Fatigue, or Fresh.
Key thoughts and adjustments
Write down what was on your mind and any adjustments you made during the session.
Step 3: Details
What went well / what to improve
Capture your wins and areas for growth.
Coach feedback
Enter your coach's name, their feedback, drills practiced, and next steps.
Linked balls
Select which balls from your arsenal you used during the session.
Reviewing Entries
All journal entries are listed chronologically. Tap any entry to read or edit it. Use the filter to narrow by session type (Practice, League, Tournament, or Open).
Why Journal?
- Track patterns — see how your mental and physical state correlates with performance
- Remember adjustments — never forget what worked on a specific pattern or at a specific center
- Share with your coach — give your coach a detailed record to review between sessions
Tip
Link journal entries to specific events so you can cross-reference your notes with your scores.
