Expense tracking includes 3 free trial entries so you can try it out. After that, a Pro subscription is required for unlimited expense tracking.

Adding an Expense

Navigate to More > Expenses > + to log a new expense.

Set the date

Choose the date the expense was incurred.

Select a category

Choose from: Entry Fee, Gas, Equipment, Travel, Food, Lodging, Accessories, or Other.

Enter amount and description

Fill in the dollar amount and a brief description of the expense.

Add optional details

Attach a receipt photo, link to a tournament or league, and toggle recurring if it repeats.

Viewing Expenses

The expenses list is filterable and shows each entry with its date, category, amount, description, and linked event. Quickly scan your spending history and tap any entry to edit.

Expense Reports

Navigate to Stats Hub > Financial Reports > Expense Report for a full breakdown of your bowling costs:

Total by category — see where your money goes
Monthly trends — track spending over time
Cost per tournament/league — true cost of each event
ROI calculation — winnings vs. expenses

Link expenses to specific tournaments to see your true cost-per-event in the Financial Reports.
