Auto-Archive PRO

Auto-Archive automatically hides old tournaments, leagues, and practice sessions from your main lists after a set number of days. Your data is never deleted — archived items are just tucked away to keep things clean.

How It Works

You set a threshold in days for each category. Once an item passes that threshold, it moves to your archive automatically the next time the app checks.

Setting Up Auto-Archive

1

Open Settings

Go to More > Settings > Auto-Archive.

2

Set Thresholds

Enter the number of days for each category. There are separate thresholds for:

  • Tournaments
  • Leagues
  • Practice & Journal
3

Choose League Date Source

For leagues, pick which date the threshold counts from:

  • Last Session — finds the most recent event date within the league. This is the most common choice because it archives the league only after you have stopped bowling in it.
  • Start Date — uses the league start date.
  • End Date — uses the league end date.

What Happens to Archived Items

Archived items are hidden from your main tournament, league, and practice lists. They are not deleted — all scores, games, frames, and notes remain intact.

Think of it like moving old files into a folder. The data is still there whenever you need it.

Viewing & Restoring Archived Items

1

Open the Archive

Navigate to the archive section from your main list. Archived items appear here grouped by category.

2

Unarchive

Tap any archived item and choose to unarchive it. The item returns to your main list immediately.

Tip

If you unarchive an item and the auto-archive threshold still applies, it may get re-archived on the next check. Increase the threshold or disable auto-archive for that category if you want to keep it visible.

Tip

Auto-Archive is a PRO feature. Free users can still manually archive items, but automatic archiving based on time thresholds requires a Pro subscription.
